This role involves leading the team scaling our next-gen DAST solution - Snyk API & Web - built for the future of AI-powered software development.****What You'll Do:***** You'll be accountable for co-developing the team roadmap and supporting technical direction.* Ensure new team members are onboarded, effectively contributing to the expected level and supporting existing team members to do their best work.* Coach direct reports through productive feedback, building on strengths and addressing areas of development.* Help the team learn, adapt and improve upon agile and lean methodologies.
