    Finnish Speaking Recruiter - Work From Home

    Hey there Patrique Mercier Recruitment is currently on the lookout for a Finnish speaking recruiter to join our incredible team. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who's just starting out in the recruitment field, as you won't need any prior experience And the best part? You get to work from the comfort of your own home, no matter where in the world you are.

    Role Description

    Your daily duties will include identifying and sourcing potential candidates, conducting pre-screening interviews, and assisting in the coordination of the recruitment process. This role also includes maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for various positions, and collaborating with our fantastic team to meet our recruitment goals. But don't worry, we won't throw you into the deep end - you'll be provided with a mandatory, fully paid training for 4 months in the beautiful city of Athens, Greece. We'll take care of your relocation package for the training as well

    Requirements

    • Ability to speak Finnish fluently
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work from home
    • Valid European Union passport or ID

    Recruitment Process
