Main Tasks
- As a Customer Service for Marketplace, you'll gather important information.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues.
- Perform triage requests.
- Provide communications support between teams and business partners.
- Share insights during official meeting checkins, in order to improve processes.
Profile
- As a Customer Service for Marketplace, you'll need one to three years of experience in customer service.
- Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in French; Fluency in English
- B2 level (mandatory).
- Passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience interaction.
- Exceptional communication skills with grammar and typing accuracy.
- Be attentive to customers, recognize their needs, and offer them an appropriate solution.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team.
- Great listener and problem solver with analytical skills.
- Ability to educate customers on policy and product questions.
- Capable of reading developer documentation that might be more technical than a normal support manual.
- Basic Excel knowledge.
