Responsibilities
As a Senior Business Manager at Top Sigma, you will:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive company growth.
  • Lead efforts to expand the business, establishing and nurturing longterm relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Oversee financial operations to ensure the profitability and sustainability of the business unit.
  • Align budgets with business objectives while forming strategic partnerships with clients.
  • Engage in talent acquisition and development, promoting a culture of innovation and teamwork.
  • Maintain an uptodate and secure customer database, ensuring its accuracy and accessibility.
  • Set and achieve SLAs, establishing benchmarks for exceptional service delivery.

Requirements:


  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Manager in IT or related fields.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, fluent in Portuguese and English.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and work with teams remotely.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with an aptitude for strategic planning.
  • Knowledge of DevOps or cloud solutions is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
