Responsibilities:

• Drive missed service attach in the small segment of existing customers through proactive, direct outreach.
• Contact with the customers around technology information and line of business.
• Achieve service attach targets including quota and expected attach rate and other key performanceindicators as determined by the manager.
• Provide professional support on incoming attach inquiries and assistance.
• Advise existing customers on recommended support service options.
• Explain value of service attach vs existing warranty types.
• Maintenance of high quality customers contact database with frequent updates on digital and directcustomer feedback.
• Record customers' engagements in the sales tools, update internal databases and report on the customers'sentiment.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Italian and English;
• Time management as well as a strong analytical ability;
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and taking important decisions under pressure;
