Our Purchase-to-Pay business line provides extensive high-quality and cost-efficient services - from purchasing to the processing of outgoing payments. We also provide services related to Supplier readiness, processing, and several digitalization projects


Are you ready to be part of the change and help us make real what matters?

Your mission will be

  • Conduct process analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement;
  • Support the project implementation since initiation until the successful implementation and postimplementation phases;
  • Coordinates overall planning of projects and decides on allocation of resources;
  • Maintains constant communication to customers and/or other stakeholders;
  • Monitors continuously the status of all assigned projects, and supports the accountable Team Leaders and/or teams;
  • Manages consolidation and completion of budget plannings for the projects, and ensures related reporting's;
  • Sets up and monitors all assigned projects, and consults and supports the accountable Project Team and/or Team Leaders;
  • Ensures that quality standards for Project Management processes are always met;
  • Initiate improvements and ensures appropriate PM workflow environment;
  • May clarify cases as an escalation point.

We are looking for someone with

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in Project Management;
  • Project Management Skills (organized, structured and methodic);
  • SAP knowledge is a must have (Module MM/FI, Kofax PD AP Application);
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Experience and/or training in project management and Agile methodology;
  • Accounting / Procurement knowledge;
  • Knowhow of the EndtoEnd PurchasetoPay process;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Strong communication skills (both orally and writing);
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills;
  • Strong work ethic we are always acting in name of Siemens;
  • Problem solving, fast thinking and ability to multitask;
  • Team Player, with strong customer focus, result & quality orientation;
  • Good business and social networking skills;
  • Curious about new technologies and trends;
  • Continuous learning attitude.
