Human Resources Technician (M/F) for a company based in Lisbon - Amoreiras.

What tasks does this role include?

  • Administer all aspects of HR transactions in global HRIS system, including new hires, status changes, salary adjustments, transfers, terminations, location changes and reorganizations;
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate information on employees in HRIS, ensuring complete confidentiality, data integrity and data privacy;
  • Knowledge of employment employee relations, compensation, and salary administration and of the laws that govern these areas;
  • Preparation of information for the "Unique report";
  • Social Security registration and termination;
  • Payroll data management;
  • Hiring and Terminations related operational and legal requirements;
  • Absence and turnover data control;
  • Provide coaching, support and influence that enable the business to effectively deliver their people plans in the achievement of both business and HR strategies.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Human Resources Degree or similar;
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written);
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Strong analytical, organizational, diplomacy, and customer service skills.
