As a Therapist you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for our clients.

You will manage the entire guest experience ensuring that all treatments carried out are to the highest of standards and that every guest receives genuine and personalised service.

You should uphold the highest standards and ensure the guest experience is always in line with our values.

Contribute to the smooth operational running of the massage area.
To be passionate and take pride in carrying out all treatments to the required standard.
To be confident and fully conversant with every treatment, product
To work within the time guidelines of each treatment ensuring that the highest standard of guest care is practiced.
To be confident in ensuring that product knowledge is well known, and that the client's time is educative, therapeutic, and relaxing.
To be confident in greeting the client warmly and by their name, show them to the therapy room and indicate where everything is, ensuring the highest client care is given.
To be confident in upselling the products during the treatments and ensure that the client receives your enthusiasm and knowledge.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a massage therapist
Massage therapist certification
Mothertongue : portuguese
English : Fluent
Strong knowledge of the human anatomy
Smiling and dynamic personality
Fit and active to perform massage such as deep tissue, and to be able to stand long hours
