We are looking for a
Product Manager to help a big organization that operates at the European level, for the production sector.

Duties and responsibilities:

Together with the product lead, you will collaboratively own the creation and results of a prioritised roadmap that balances shortterm business goals with established longterm vision and strategy;
You'll contribute to the product vision, together with the Head of Product;
Consider the business impact, ROI, and other implications when making important decisions;
Innovate within your product area by proposing ambitious initiatives that would promote product growth;
Effectively synthesise data from customers, competitors, analysts, and commercial activities into meaningful signals that inform and validate hypotheses;
Communicate and evangelize your product vision internally and among the wider customer base;
Guide product development in an agile environment, working closely with a team of topnotch engineers and our product designer;
Balance new features, improvements, and bugfixes to ensure a high velocity and a stable product;
Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Support to effectively bring functionality to market and drive business value;
Work with ProductOps to share improvements and best practices;

Requirements:

You master the English language;
You have more than 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise software product management;
You have excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable iterations;
You are strong technically: you understand how software is built, packaged, deployed and operated;
You have a passion for design and usability;
You have the ability to work in a crossfunctional team;
You have experience in agile best practices.
