    As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical services and consultancy to industrial clients. This role encompasses tasks such as conducting chemical analyses of water, managing chemical stocks, providing technical recommendations, troubleshooting dosing and control equipment, and compiling detailed service reports.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide service and support to clients within a designated region, with occasional travel within and outside the country.

    • Coordinate all activities with the service manager.

    • Conduct water sampling and chemical analyses using portable laboratory equipment.

    • Collect, package, and send water samples to specialized laboratories.

    • Prepare detailed service reports outlining actions taken and/or recommended at the client site.

    • Serve as a liaison between the client and the sales and technical departments.

    • Make recommendations for procedural improvements to enhance overall business efficiency.

    • Travel to and remain at assigned locations until all tasks are complete.

    • Manage all aspects of workplace safety.

    • Complete all assigned training activities promptly.

    Required Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or similar field.

    • Knowledge and experience in industrial water treatment (preferred, not required).

    • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with monitoring and dosing equipment (preferred, not required).

    • Ability to work toward goals and in a team environment.

    • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.


    • Fluent in Spanish and English preferred.

    • Willingness to travel constantly within the assigned area.

    • Permission to work in the European Union.

    • Valid driver's license in the European Union.
