- Present, promote and sell using solid arguments to existing andprospective customers. Maintain relationships and handle multipleaccounts.
- Identifying business opportunities, leading team to reach out to them.
- Perform analysis of existing and potential customers to meet and exceedtheir needs.
- Create new business and maintain /grow customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within timeline, makesure your team does so.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Business development tasks, proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English is a must. (French speakers hugeplus)
- Bachelor Degree in Business or related. Positive experience in Salesmandatory, minimum of 5 years.
- Experience in Leading people, you will be in charge of a team of 8 SalesExecs.
- Experience in other similar firms would be a plus.
- Be proactive, organized, result-driven, team player, hungry to grow andlearn, resilient.
