Due to the company's continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Norfin intends to select:
Asset Management Associate.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Implement the fund's investment strategy, working in collaboration with the Fund Director to ensure successful execution.
  • Coordinate the development of real estate projects, including conducting economic and financial feasibility studies and managing all project phases from planning to execution.
  • Manage commercial and financial strategies for the portfolio, aiming to optimise results and maximise return on investment.
  • Oversee the management of leases and property sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and licensing, closely collaborating with municipal authorities and regulatory bodies.
  • Allocate and oversee the workload of the fund's team, promoting a collaborative and effective work environment.
Role Requirements

  • Master's degree in Economics, Management, Engineering (preferably Civil), or Architecture.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Real Estate Management / Facilities Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in similar roles.
  • Solid experience in managing relationships with investors, tenants, buyers, and service providers in various specialisations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in coordinating and managing external teams to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Indepth knowledge of construction management, property facilities management, and Project Management/MS Project.
  • Sound understanding of real estate leasing, purchase and sale regulations, as well as licensing requirements.
  • Verbal and written communications and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
