ServiceNow Functional Analyst
Perfil:
- Degree in mathematics, engineering, management, accounting, economics);
- At least 2 years of experience as a support or functional analyst. Knowledge of SAP systems or other ERP solutions and Reporting/BI tools;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.);
- Communcation in English (b2)
Nice to have:
Communcation in French (b1)
Main responsabilities:
Resolution and control of RTS tickets: Monitoring of project tasks;
- Contribute to the standardization and documentation of processes within Support.
