    Job Description Customer & Project Manager, GI Location Porto & North of Portugal

    JOB FUNCTION As Customer and Project Manager for the GI Business Unit in Portugal, you will be responsible for supporting the development of local strategic customer relationships and implementations of GI infield projects to grow Takeda ́s business within compliance and legal requirements.

    Reporting to BU Head, you will be part of a dynamic team where you will be able to develop and forge yourself in the forward-thinking, agile, and resilient Customer ad Project Manager Takeda has envisioned.

    This role is 70% infield and 30% remote.
    Accountabilities Therapy & Product Liaison

    Demonstrated high level comprehensive disease, treatment landscape and product knowledge and able to deliver proficient infield presentations to implement key projects Deliver agreed tactics (together with Commercial Manager) within the key accounts in order to drive Takeda performance, including and not limited to delivering product, therapeutic and disease knowledge, detailing to prescribers and other relevant healthcare providers.

    Organize and run high-level scientific meetings face to face or remotely, with customers delivering customized presentations based on the customer's needs conveying product importance Support cross functional Brand Teams Operate in a manner that is always in line with compliance and legal requirements and according to the marketing and sales strategies.

    Participate at congresses, meetings and trainings.

    Act as an ambassador for the Takeda brand, its vision and values that achieves patient focus at all levels of the business.

    Account Management

    Building of the key account plans to manage and improve trustful relationships with key stakeholders, whilst maximizing Takeda performance.

    Development local insights into priority accounts in order to shape and implement innovative solutions to meet account needs. Assessment of territory sales and competitors together with customer behaviour for best KAM or IFP planning.

    Territory omnichannel communication campaigns, in close collaboration with the marketing team, doing close monitoring of the progresses and proactively suggest adjustments needed.

    In coordination with the Commercial Manager shape and identify key marketing strategies and tactics that reflect customer needs and implement activities to support this strategy.

    Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration

    Develop and maintain strong, effective and constructive relationships with external partners including KOLs, therapy nurses, other HCPs, patient associations, hospital pharmacists and administration to name a few by taking a leadership role in the communication and liaison between all external customers.

    Proactively engage in collaboration other field partners, including KAMs, MSLs, MAMs to ensure alignment in objectives and coordination of activities with accounts and external stakeholders.

    Identify and raise relevant issues and propose potential solutions through the appropriate internal and external channels.

    Conduct market surveillance and communicate in-field intelligence on customer insights, external stakeholder activities and trends to key internal stakeholders, particularly the BU Head and Brand Manager and KAM on a regular basis.

    Education, Experience & Skills Education
    B. Sc. Degree or equivalent Experience
    Background in the area of biological or medical sciences. Previous experience as a hospital sales representative working with innovative products, having delivered strong results is a nice to have Skills
    Strong skills in performance analysis and action plan development Established analytical ability in business or scientific area.

    Ability to interpret and use complex scientific data and maintain an extremely high level of knowledge of current trials and advances in treatment.

    Demonstrate very good communication skills and high organisation and workload capacity Solid personal attributes such as team worker, accountability, forward-looking, fearless, problem solver, proactive, curiosity, creativity, resilience, drive and confidence.
