Tasks

1\. Building, coaching and growing happy and high performant teams
2\. Leading by example, driving a culture of ownership, innovation and technical excellence.
3\. Design and improve our solutions on quality, security, sustainability, reliability and performance.

This includes:

Being an influencer with a collaborative, proactive attitude, driving innovation within the team and company.
Leading software development teams, building their capabilities, culture and happiness.
Improve processes, frameworks, team dynamics, and culture across the company.
Hire, develop, coach, grow, keep talented team members and manage underperformers.
Mentoring and coaching team members on technical contributions, product architecture, and best practices.
Improve the quality, security, and performance of our products.
Work with Product Managers, Agile Coaches and Architects to innovate and implement the best solutions.

Requirements:

YOUR PROFILE

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Technical Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
You have 5+ years of handson experience in Engineering and Software Development Life Cycle
You have 3+ years of experience building highperformance Agile software development teams
Proficient in Java (PHP (Laravel) or Javascript is a plus)
You have strong conceptional knowledge of OOpatterns, Domain Driven Design, database design, modern Architecture, Frameworks and Design Patterns
You are passionate about people, have strong team spirit, communication, coach and mentor skills
You are a leader and know how to balance your time between people and handson tech skills

Nice To have:

Experience working in an agile environment, methodologies and SCRUM
Experience working in a Product software company
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Gitlab, Docker, AWS, Kubernetes, Nginx, ElasticSearch, Kafka and Node
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and best practices
Experience with system design and architecture
Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL and Redis
Experience with Single Page Applications Frameworks, preferred
