About the job

  • The team is looking for a creative, driven and rigorous Marketing Officer to help create, deliver and coordinate marketing campaigns and materials that meet internal stakeholders' requirements, with a focus on Global Banking activities
  • As a Marketing officer, you will be accountable for the development and effective execution of a customerfocused marketing strategy. You will coordinate and liaise internally within the team and with highprofile internal clients (business lines managers, senior bankers) to ensure all marketing and promotional projects are delivered to achieve our business goals, in line with our overall banking strategy, brand, value proposition, desired client experience, and sustainable requirements

Your Main Activities Are

  • Source, produce and deliver marketing content
  • Plan, prepare (write, edit and proofread) engaging written and visual content for internal and external use through various communication channels
  • Manage the publication and distribution of sourced and created content
  • Structure and coordinate delivery of videos for internal and external use, including script writing, as well as briefing and coordinating with the external agency in charge of video production, shooting and postproduction, in support of the commercial priorities (deal awards) or social media strategy (LinkedIn ambassadors)
  • Propose evolutions of the produced content to increase production efficiency and / or impact on targeted audience
  • Metrics and management of internal and external communication tools
  • Update a dashboard to track content and team activity and propose a datadriven strategy to improve content production and amplification
  • Analyse web data and digital tools traffic, including a SEO perspective to provide guidance on content production and optimization
  • Keep abreast of technological and digital advances related to marketing, communication and customer satisfaction
  • Collaboration with the Global Banking EMEA and the Company Management teams
  • Be integrated in the Global Banking EMEA and in the Campaign Management teams by sharing best practices and supporting all colleagues, more particularly for Social Media content production and amplification
  • Learn the knowhow of all communication channels and work as a whole with the team
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with and support the Global Banking EMEA Marketing team (currently based in Paris)
  • Liaise with Global Banking EMEA managers and bankers to understand marketing requirements
  • Support the development of specific marketing strategies, including content collection, formatting and distribution, distribution channels and monitoring of social media sites
  • Ensure coordination with other stakeholders in the organisation, especially Group, CIB and Metiers Marketing and Communication Departments, as well as regional and transversal business heads
  • Coordination with external providers
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout
  • Coordinate with external agencies, notably in the video creation process
    Profile and Skills to Success
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Communication, Business, Banking and Finance, Economics
  • Between 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Marketing
  • Fluent in English is mandatory (both oral and written)
  • Experience with Marketing Analytics, including SEO ability
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Package
  • Experience with Digital Marketing
  • Experience in developing clientfocused content
  • Ability to lay various content to successfully convey marketing messages
  • Superior communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Ability to manage time and respect deadlines
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Team player mentality
  • Attention to detail and rigorous

  • The CIB Marketing and Communication Shared Service Center (SSC) is a dynamic area of the BNP Paribas organization, whose role is to support Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) businesses lines in their commercial and development strategies, and position BNP Paribas as the brand of reference in the CIB space in EMEA
  • Within CIB Marketing and Communication SSC, the Campaign Management team is more specifically in charge of structuring and running marketing campaigns for the EMEAbased CIB divisions, in particular Global Markets, Global Banking and Securities Services
