    Job Description:
    DescriptionWe are looking for a UX/UI Designer to design software and platforms that meet people's needs. You will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience.
    You will work with other designers and cross-functional team members and deliver outstanding, user-friendly and intuitive products.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
    - Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, find-ability)
    • Work with other designers to implement attractive designs
    • Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
    • Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
    • Produce prototypes and wireframes and test functionality
    • Identify new product improvement opportunities
    • Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication
    • Modify and revise existing designs and products to meet changing customer preferences
    • Work very closely with product engineers to suggest improvements for products and processes
    • Maintain and improve the existing design management system
    • Deliver final output for products in accordance with the design management systemMust have skills 1+ years of proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar knowledge in thedesign process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, componentdesign
    • Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
    • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
    - Proficient in design software (e.g. Figma)- Problem-solving aptitude- Excellent communication skills- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members- BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related fieldGood-to-have skillsas per JD
