Descrição:

We are hiring a Financial Accountant for a multinational client in the industrial sector.

Responsabilidades:

This professional will be part of the Customers/Suppliers Team of the Company Shared Service Center in Portugal and will develop transversal tasks in terms of accounting and financial management;

Providing support to the Accounting Department;

Performing office tasks, such as filing, data entry, processing the mail, etc.;

Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone and email;

Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.;

Preparing financial reports;

Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.

Requisitos:

Higher Education in Finance, Accounting, Management or equivalent;

Previous professional experience in administrative, financial, accounting or equivalent;

Fluency in German;

Fluency in English;

Previous experience with MS Excel.
