Kelly Technology is currently recruiting an
Outsystems Tech Lead (M/F) to directly integrate our client.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee OutSystems projects.
Guide and support the development team.
Define project requirements and align with business goals.
Review and approve technical designs, code, and configurations.
Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards.
Mentor and train junior developers.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Stay updated with OutSystems features and industry trends.
Integrate OutSystems solutions with other systems.
Ensure timely project deliverables within budget.
Drive process improvement initiatives.
Evaluate thirdparty components and integrations.
Resolve technical escalations.
Foster collaboration and innovation.

Requisites:

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or related fields in Information Technology and/or Digital Transformation.
OutSystems Tech Lead certification.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in OutSystems technology.
Outsystems Associate Reactive Developer certification.
