Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales efforts to attract new business opportunities (mainly in Lisbon metropolitan area)
  • Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Support the Business Development Manager in the preparation of special proposals and tender documents for big customers
  • Directly manage medium size customers, addressing their requests and presenting proposals
  • Keep track of your successes and share them with the team
  • Represent us like a true rockstar at industry events and trade shows

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 3 years experience in Business Development, if possible in a B2B industrial context, or related industry
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (another language is a relevant plus)
  • A gift for communication and negotiation
  • Bold attitude to directly phone call everyone in the world from Bill Gates to your neighbour
  • A proactive, resultsdriven mindset
  • A willingness to travel (and enjoy as much as we do)
  • Experience in the EV market is a nice plus
  • CRM usage experience is mandatory If it's not registered, it's not happening

Conditions:

  • Fixed salary, plus quarter and yearly sales commissions and prizes
  • Company car (electric, of course) with mobility card and "via verde"
  • Paid expenses abroad
  • Half remote, half on site, with national and international travelling on a regular basis
