Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales efforts to attract new business opportunities (mainly in Lisbon metropolitan area)
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Support the Business Development Manager in the preparation of special proposals and tender documents for big customers
- Directly manage medium size customers, addressing their requests and presenting proposals
- Keep track of your successes and share them with the team
- Represent us like a true rockstar at industry events and trade shows
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 3 years experience in Business Development, if possible in a B2B industrial context, or related industry
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (another language is a relevant plus)
- A gift for communication and negotiation
- Bold attitude to directly phone call everyone in the world from Bill Gates to your neighbour
- A proactive, resultsdriven mindset
- A willingness to travel (and enjoy as much as we do)
- Experience in the EV market is a nice plus
- CRM usage experience is mandatory If it's not registered, it's not happening
Conditions:
- Fixed salary, plus quarter and yearly sales commissions and prizes
- Company car (electric, of course) with mobility card and "via verde"
- Paid expenses abroad
- Half remote, half on site, with national and international travelling on a regular basis
