Job summary
The Diabetes business is becoming an independent publicly traded company with a clear focus on innovation operational excellence and growth in diabetes care As Legal Entity Controller you will ensure as of Day 1 Initial Public Offering IPO the completeness and accuracy of statutory financial statements act as a trusted partner for management on local financial compliance and accounting matters and collaborate with Financial Shared Services to resolve accounting issues and optimize financial processes for your entities This is an exciting opportunity to influence the financial integrity of a dynamic international organization
This role is based in Spain primary location tbd with flexibility for hybrid or remote work You will report to regional controllership and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial compliance and operational excellence Occasional travel may be required to support business needs
