What is the OLR Academy?
It's a12 month academy program for recent or finishing graduates that have a passion for programming and technology.

At OLR, we believe that your first job should be a rewarding and enriching experience, and we want to invest time and effort in helping you transition from university to the corporate world.

This program has training and mentoring at its heart, that will help you grow and blossom in this fast-paced and competitive industry.

Pair programming in JAVA
Cloud technologies
Test Driven Approach (TDD) training
Business Driven Development (BDD) training
Discovery/Requirements Analysis training

JIRA/Confluence training
Oracle Xstore training
Oracle Retail Customer Engagement (ORCE) training
Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC) training
Conflict Management
Negotiation skills

Requirements:

Is this you?

Recent graduate (or finishing a degree) in Computer Engineering looking for their first job
Good level of English
Outside the box thinker
Proactive and ambitious
Eager to learn new technologies in a fastpaced environment
Knowledgeable in Java and databases (eg. SQLServer, Oracle)
