Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Analyst)

Job description:


  • Follows up on recruitment activities such as advertising vacancies in online recruiting channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed)
  • Identifies competencies and shortlists CV's in line with the job requirements
  • Maintains a database and contact with recruiting agencies
  • Issues specific reports related to enquiries and statistics related to recruitment
  • Gives support to Recruitment Manager in all recruitment related matters
  • Acts as a representative to outside organizations and professional bodies
  • Responsible for data integrity in HR systems
  • Executes recruitment policies and procedures aligned with local recruitment strategy
  • Organizes and attends relevant job fairs, university fairs, and events regarding recruitment.
  • Takes parts in several projects related to the Talent Acquisition area, such as procedure creation, system implementation, among others.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Professional diploma (preferably a Bachelor's or Licentiate degree) in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience.
  • Sound knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle and electronic recruitment systems.
  • People assessment skills, including competencybased interviews, personality tests, etc.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
  • Strong reporting and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Motivated, persistent, and possessing good marketing skills.
