goSolar, a Proef Group company that operates in the field of renewable energies, namely photovoltaic and energy storage plants, is looking to recruit a O&M Coordinator (m/f).

• Coordinating maintenance activities and managing technical teams;
• Participating in and leading maintenance activities;
• Evaluating and proposing the best solutions for retrofitting, revamping, and improving photovoltaic plants;
• Managing warranties with suppliers;
• Ensuring the correct utilization of available systems to support O&M activities;
• Interacting with grid operators and all local stakeholders involved in implementing O&M activities;
• Supporting the recruitment and training of a maintenance technician structure to establish preventive maintenance plans in line with the needs of the O&M contract.

• Degree in Electrotechnical Engineering;
• Experience in similar roles within the renewable energy sector;
• Understanding of maintenance management processes and systems;
• Familiarity with Medium Voltage and Power Electronics;
• Technical design expertise;
• Proficiency in MS Office 365;
• Proficiency in English;
• Strong coordination and leadership skills.
