Who we would love you to be:As an experienced hands-on professional, you possess a deep understanding of data science and relish the opportunity to delve into our unique and exclusive datasets.

You are adept at handling diverse data types, from tabular to time series, physical & physiological signals, multiomics, etc.; and are excited to contribute new algorithms and machine learning models to our cloud libraries of diseases.

While you shine working independently, you also thrive as a collaborative team player. Your strong technical leadership experience and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams set you apart. Above all, you have an insatiable hunger for innovation and a drive for excellence.

Your job responsibilities:

Independently own the full pipeline of specific projects from a data science perspective.
Dive deep into our proprietary datasets, exploring, analysing, and extracting insights that drive advancements in personalised medicine.
Develop advanced algorithms, statistical models, and machine learning techniques to uncover meaningful patterns and trends in complex data.
Work hand to hand with the head of the department, as well as collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, influencing product development and decisionmaking by using data.
Communicate findings, methodologies, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
To have lots of fun dealing with unique datasets and humanderived signals :)

Qualifications:

Requirements:

- +3 years of experience after the PhD in academia / industry solving related problems.

Experience working in fastpaced environments, preferably in a deeptech startup or similar highgrowth setting.
Extensive experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis to derive valuable insights.
Excellent problemsolving skills, with the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous challenges in data analysis and signal processing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex findings to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and present research findings to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Experience supervising junior members would be welcomed but is not essential.
