For our client - a large international company from the BPO sector, we are looking for a Specialist with the Dutch language, who will be eager to relocate to Porto, Portugal


Description:

The team is dedicated to helping customers of one of the largest mobile operation on the Dutch market connected to simple technical issues regarding internet, television and fixed telephony, billing/invoice etc.

It's not a sales position*
Responsibilities:

• Advising customers on technical/billing issues
• Customer support in solving current problems
• Updating customer data in the database
• Active cooperation with other company departments

Requirements:

• B2/C1 level of Dutch language
• At least B1 level of English language
• Desire to develop in the international environment
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Time, service and goaloriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in customer support would be an asset, but not necessary
