Your profile:


  • Fluent in German.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Some experience in customer service it's a plus but not mandatory.
  • Experience with MS Office.
  • Customeroriented.
  • Listening skills.

Your day-to-day:


  • Capture customer information in the CRM system.
  • Help customers with information in two areas: Vision Care and Pharma.
  • Inform customers about products and services.
