    Join our dynamic core infrastructure technology team as a Lead Engineer and be a driving force behind our mission to deliver world-class solutions. Our Infrastructure team is at the forefront of innovation, responsible for managing multiple functional areas including Access & Identity Management, Linux Compute, Discovery, Networking, Observability, SDLC, and Storage. Leveraging AWS as our foundation, we provide the backbone for our customer-facing financial technology platform.


    What You'll Do:
    • Ownership and Expertise: Take ownership of one or more subsystems or services, serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and driving excellence in your area of responsibility.
    • Lead by Example: Lead by example, showcasing strong engineering skills across various domains such as coding, code quality, testing, scalability, and documentation.
    • Architectural Leadership: Contribute to technical design and architecture decisions, evaluating trade-offs and presenting reasoned options for decision-making by the team.
    • Process Improvement: Drive process improvements, efficiency gains, and advocate for engineering best practices to elevate our capabilities and outcomes.
    • Collaboration and Transparency: Foster a culture of open and transparent collaboration, actively participating in written communication and ensuring alignment across the team.
    • Project Leadership: Lead project execution from inception to completion, taking ownership of project milestones and driving initiatives forward with accountability and diligence.

    Main requirements

    • 4 to 9 Years of relevant technology domain;
    • Good knowledge of SFTP, Kerberos, access and identity management, web technologies and AWS;
    • Proficient in configuring/developing tools and solutions for infrastructure teams with exposure to Linux, Kubernetes and AWS;
    • Experience with tools and processes that will help you manage, understand, and debug large, complex distributed systems;
    • Attention to detail and quality, and the ability to work well in and across teams;
    • Excellent analytical, reasoning, and strong communication skills.
