  • What you will do

  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, developers, and key stakeholders to understand business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases, tailored to address specific business needs and use cases.
  • Conduct end-to-end business testing to ensure seamless integration and smooth workflow between various system components.
  • Identify, document, and prioritize business-related defects and issues, clearly articulating their impact on business operations.
  • Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve business-related issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, business best practices, and emerging technologies to propose innovative testing approaches that align with business goals.
  • What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business User Acceptance Tester or a similar role, with a strong understanding of business processes and workflows.
  • Previous experience in Customer Relationship Management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in creating test scenarios, test cases, and test data that reflect real-world business scenarios.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking systems and version control tools.
  • Experience in manual testing techniques, as well as exposure to automated testing tools and frameworks.
  • Excellent business acumen, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize testing efforts based on business needs.
  • Knowledge in MS Excel, R, SQL, MS Office, including SAP Analysis for Office (AO) and Microsoft Dynamics CRM knowledge an advantage.
