Funções:

Atendimento dos nossos clientes;
Preparação da sala/balcão;
Avaliação de qualidade dos produtos servidos;
Apoio aos outros elementos da equipa;
Assegurar um serviço de excelência;
Garantir que a experiência do cliente corre de acordo com os padrões da marca.

Requisitos:

Experiência profissional em função similar (Eliminatório);
Capacidade e gosto pelo trabalho em equipa;
Capacidade de comunicação;
Foco em resolver o problema do cliente;
Conhecimentos razoáveis de língua inglesa;
Preocupação pelo serviço prestado;
Ambição e vontade de crescer dentro da empresa (Eliminatório).
