We are working with a leading BPO/outsourcing company seeking to onboard a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Representative for their Barcelona office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review and moderate social media content (videos, images, text, and audio) in accordance with the processes and policies

Remove/restrict content that does not follow community guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent in Ukrainian, both oral and written

Upper-intermediate level of English (B2)

Computer literate with the ability to adopt new knowledge quickly

Comfortable with reviewing content that may be deemed inappropriate and/or contain explicit material without bias

.Ability to accept exposure to sensitive content, including but not limited to vulgar content, violence, pornography and fake news

Strong critical and contextual thinking skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volumes and changing demands

Ability to work independently, with mínimal supervision, and as a part of the team

Ability to work 8 hours a day, 5 times per week in weekly shift rotation with colleagues covering a 24/7 schedule
