Your Responsibilities:
Administrative and operational support of the project managers and the project team byCoordination and agreement of project meetings with various participants and stakeholdersLogging of team, project, and customer appointmentsContinuous documentation of interviews and meetingsSupporting the team by ensuring an efficient flow of communication between subprojects and different stakeholdersCreation of presentations and project-related documents (e.g. Excel spreadsheets)Capture project status and metrics for presentation and presentation to both the client and the teamSupport in meeting timelines/deadlinesPreparation of project documentation for reuse in other projects.#J-18808-Ljbffr
