Location:

Company Overview:

Assisting customers with productrelated inquiries, technical issues, and account management.
Providing accurate information and troubleshooting assistance to resolve customer concerns.
Handling escalated cases with professionalism and empathy to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborating with other team members and departments to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience.
Contributing to the development of support resources such as FAQs and knowledge base articles.

Requirements:

Fluent in Polish (both written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Previous experience in customer support or a related field preferred, but not required.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customercentric approach.
Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal, if currently residing outside of Portugal.
