Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order process excluding spot buys including performing compliance review and checks on incoming PRs and managing PO conversions and changes.
- Provide support in managing invoice discrepancies that are linked to pricing ensuring accuracy and mitigating disruptions in the payment cycle.
- Proactively partner with the Spot Buy and Support teams to unblock complex requests and resolve procurement issues delivering a highly efficient seamless service experience to the business.
