THE ROLE


As an E-Commerce Associate at Indie Campers, we are looking for those who embody both a creative spirit and a profound analytical acumen that are passionate about complex problems involving commercial strategy, technology, systems and data.

With your sights set on key performance indicators such as website funnel efficiency, conversion rate, and revenue optimization, your mission will encompass diving deep into market trends, consumer behaviours and data analytics, to shape and refine our online presence and operational strategies.

This role gives you a high exposure to Commercial & Product Strategy and you will work closely with the Revenue, Product, and Marketing teams in a dynamic, young, talented and highly motivated team.


WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Master and

Enhance Website Funnel Analytics:
Take ownership of our website funnel analytics, uncovering growth opportunities and refining our strategies to seize them.

  • Forge Data-

Driven Collaborations:
Engage in seamless cooperation with cross-functional teams to craft and execute strategies rooted in data insights.

  • Elevate Customer Experience through

Behavioural Insights:
Delve into customer behaviour analytics to refine user experience and uplift conversion rates.

  • Refine Search Ranking for

Maximum Impact:
Oversee and fine-tune the search ranking algorithm, ensuring it's primed for optimal conversion rates.

  • Enhance our marketing attribution model: Develop and refine models to accurately assign credit to various marketing touchpoints, improving ROI on marketing spend.
  • Ancillary products: Manage these products and services, driving additional revenue, through market analysis, strategic planning, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor, Analyze, and Report on

Key Metrics:

Keep a close watch on vital performance indicators, including website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates, providing regular, insightful updates.


  • Harness Advanced Tools for

Strategic Edge:
Utilize the latest analytical tools to extract actionable insights, guiding strategic decisions that propel us forward.

  • Innovate through Testing: Lead the charge in A/B testing and other experimental methods to continuously refine and enhance website performance.
  • Stay Ahead with

Industry Insights:

Remain informed about the latest industry trends and best practices, ensuring our eCommerce strategies are always several steps ahead.


  • Communicate Inform, challenge, and influence the Leadership Team on Revenue questions. If you have good ideas, we will listen

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor or Master in a quantitative or scientific degree (Business, Math, Physics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc)
  • From 36 years of relevant experience (mandatory)
  • Business oriented You know how to spot revenue opportunities.
  • Can do attitude. Autonomous, proactive, team oriented, tech savvy and results driven.
  • Ability to work under pressure and short deadlines on complex and unstructured problems.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Spreadsheets and Microsoft Powerpoint / Google Slides.
  • Experience with data analytics/visualization tools is a plus (Eg: Tableau, PowerBI, Google Data Studio, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge with programming languages such as SQL, Python or Javascript is a plus.
