Description:
> Onboarding of new joiners
> Participate in updating and/or reviewing different HR policies, methodologies, and tools, particularly in terms of Performance Management, Careers and Compensation;
> Carry out actions to measure and monitor the organizational climate and culture and process the information collected;


Profile:

• Degree in Human Resources, Management or similar;
• Good interpersonal relationships and communication skills;
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office);
• Proficiency in German (required);
• Knowledge of other languages will be valuel.
