We are looking for an Customer Service Agent (M/F/d) for our branch in Maia with immediate effect.
This will get you going:
- Close customer communication and management of customer orders
- Proactive supervision of customer orders to ensure best possible performance alongside the overall supply chain
- Ensure correct order processing and where needed proactive clarification of deviations
- Assume ownership for all needed tasks for defined Trade Lanes and/or specific customers
- Act as the first point of contact for the customer
That's what we are going for:
- Good know-how of Portuguese and European Road Freight market
- Understanding of market typical dynamics
- Experienced in collaboration with customers, both local as well as multinational enterprises
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrated work experience in forwarding industry
- Good organizational and Commercial skills with Customer orientation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, problem solver
- Stress resistant
- High degree of proactivity
- Accurate and goaloriented working
- Handson mentality, Team player
- Professional written and verbal communication in English
- Additional languages welcome
- Solid experience in marketconform TMS
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
