    A Culinary Leader


    This role involves supervising staff and ensuring high standards of food preparation to deliver an excellent Guest experience. A key aspect of the job is assisting with cost controls while working effectively in a team environment.



    • Ensure all food meets quality and presentation standards

    • Prepare and present dishes that exceed expectations

    • Supervise kitchen staff, providing coaching and guidance as needed

    • Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen area, preventing cross-contamination at all times

    • Preparation of mise en place for relevant menus

    • Promptly address any guest queries or issues, offering solutions to maintain satisfaction levels.
