Verisure is seeking an experienced, talented, innovative, hands-on and passionate Group Oracle Cloud ERP CoE Specialist with the capacity to play a managerial role in our development of a Group ERP Center of Excellence Team, with colleagues in Madrid, Sweden & Lisbon.

The role will report to the Group ERP GPO and will be based in Lisbon. Extensive internal and external training will be provided to ensure optimal employee development.

Responsibilities will include, among others:


  • CoE structure support on control of tickets management, analysis and resolution related to the ERP support model, coordinating workflow with 1st (functional team) and 2nd (technical resolution team) support levels with managing of Finance GPO
  • ERP process monitorization and distribute project CoE administrative reports
  • Gap and analysis with key stakeholders and process owners
  • Support on integration enhancements between Oracle ERP Cloud and other legacy systems
  • Conduct functional training and provide business process documentation to stakeholders, validators and end users considering the approved Blueprints
  • Configuration of ERP Cloud Finance modules, design custom dashboards and BI reports

  • University Degree, preferably Graduate in Finance, Information Management, Accounting etc.
- +2 years relevant experience, as part of a team in a large organization or global company

  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Spanish, Portuguese and/or French desirable
  • Basic experience in FIN or SCM transactional processes with some experience in support/maintenance activities during implementation programs
  • Basic knowledge of ERP support model (incident management / service requests)
  • Ability to strive in a fastpaced international environment
  • Results oriented, highly skilled at establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Team player, humble, with a handson approach to challenges
  • Skilled at interacting with stakeholder groups and balancing diplomacy and tact with assertiveness
  • Highly motivated with strong analytical skills
