- Managing customer sales activities in coordination with BLM in Portugal
- Managing and coordinating all sales and customer support activities.
- Develop a full potential plan together with BLM, GM and Marketing Team by following divisional guidelines.
- Maintain and grow portable electric compressors existing business in Portugal.
- Dealer Management responsibility for all portfolio of Portable Air business
- Develop and implement a price strategy together with capital equipment BLM.
- Delivering sustainable business growth across the range of electric Compressors.
- Responsible for translating and implementing divisional strategy to local business development strategy.
- Five years of sales management experience, including field sales and territory management of Portable Compressor products.
- E-Air compressor knowledge and sales experience is a plus.
- Territory Management
- Dealer Management.
- Strong verbal/written communication and facilitation skills.
- Technical knowhow on compressed Air and strong knowledge of the market.
- Strong Entrepreneurial skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Good level of English.
Bachelor's (4-year) Degree in Business, Engineering, or other technical area, and/or equivalent training and education.
