    About the role:

    As a Technical Presales in Networking, you will be responsible for working in Networking solution area, gaining accreditation and subject matter expert expertise (predominantly for one vendor), working internally/externally with the partner base and sales organisation on defining less complex solutions and projects for partners

    What you'll do:

    • Business Development in the market for Network portfolio and Technical Presales for a technical development.
    • Ability to create quotes on the Networking portfolio using the own networking tools.
    • Internal discussions with internal European Networking teams, as well as with partners and end customers.
    • Manage workshops and training sessions.
    • Provision of an outstanding quality of service and meet predefined customer service level agreements (SLAs).
    • Communicate product and technology information to educate internal and external audiences.
    • Deal with product/solution inquiries from internal/external sales, vendors and resellers.
    • Work towards the required level of technical knowledge in product or technology group and the achievement of any vendor related accreditation.

    What we're kindly looking for:

    • Previous experience in Sales and Presales in the Network scope.
    • Technical knowledge in Wireless, Routing & Switching.
    • Experience Routing & Switching.
    • Knowledge of telephone exchanges, VOIP, etc...
    • Multicultural person, capable of communicating with very different stakeholders and collaborating with the Cisco Central European TD SYNNEX team.
    • Location: Lisbon.
    • Willingness to travel for in-person workshops.
