Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Póvoa de Santa Iria, Portugal

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage resource allocation efficiently.
  • Handle the purchase order process for consumables and components.
  • Ensure timely replenishment of resources and efficient capacity planning.
  • Oversee maintenance and related services at the site.
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs and control costs.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound movements effectively.
  • Supervise timely completion of picking tasks and internal inventory practices.
  • Handle goods receipt and stock adjustments across warehouses.
  • Implement automation processes for increased efficiency.
  • Manage inventory risks and conduct cycle counts.
  • Be the key user for the SAP system.
  • Support audits and distribution projects.
  • Lead various projects as needed.

Candidate Profile:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse team leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team guidance skills.
  • Knowledge of food industry regulations (BRC/EFSIS/ISO).
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
  • Goal-oriented and proactive.
  • Efficient task management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate English level.
