Job Description:

Manage relationships and expectations with key business stakeholders;
Build expertise on retail business processes and the enabling IT solutions;
Triage new business demand into initiatives or product functional backlog;
Develop appropriate business demand characterization, benefits identification, portfolio prioritization and product functional backlog;
Support business stakeholders' alignment with IT initiatives deliverables;
Enable adoption of new capabilities delivered by IT initiatives;
Ensure processes compliance and execution.

Qualifications:

Experience working as a business analyst with varied project delivery across retail, IT and customer;
Work experience in agile methodology;
Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points;
Structured, with analytical and conceptual capabilities;
Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multitask in a deadline driven atmosphere;
An excellent team player, at different levels, building bridges and easily connecting with others;
Excellent team player who can build bridges and easily connect with others at different levels.
High levels of curiosity, multitasking, proactivity, and selfmotivation.
Fluency in English.
