We have an opportunity to join our team in
Lisboa as
Trade Marketing Manager.

  • Helping to define the short
- and long-term customer activation strategy with the aim of achieving business goals;

  • Identify gaps and optimise processes based on the brands you work with.
  • Upskill Danone's business to ensure that the customer is at the centre of the company's plans for each of the brands; work closely with the Local Activation Teams.
  • Developing, implementing and analysing shopper marketing initiatives at the point of sale, being responsible for the entire process and for meeting timings.
  • Coordinating and controlling the Danone linear in shops, monitoring internal KPIs for visibility and return on sales
Working closely with the sales team to achieve the best results and execution at the point of sale.

  • Ensure the effective provision of POS to the sales team.
  • Developing and monitoring the correct implementation of shop activation campaigns with external providers such as agencies, promoters, etc.
About you
We are looking for a person who has...

  • Qualification required in Business, Economics, Marketing or other related.
  • 2 to 3 years' experience in Marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Great analytical skills with a strong ownership of brand's KPIs/numbers.
  • Experience with data platforms (Nielsen / Kantar).
  • Consumer Centric mindset.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (required) and Spanish (nice to have).
