Constant Group through HR & Training business area, directly recruits a
Customer Support Technician (M/F) (French) for a multinational Client company, based in
Lisbon.



Main tasks:

  • Backoffice work.

Requirements:


  • Fluency in French (mandatory level C1-C2)
  • Fluency in other languages is highly preferable;
  • High School Diploma or Secondary School Completion Equivalent;
  • Minimum of a year's experience in a Customer Support or Customer Service role, in a multinational environment (preferable);
  • Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skills;
  • Solid computer skills;
  • Team player.
