Role Overview:
As a Trust & Safety Specialist, you'll review user-generated content to ensure it follows platform guidelines, addressing any issues as they arise. Your role is essential in safeguarding the platform's integrity and identifying potential risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess text, images, videos, and links for adherence to community policies
- Enforce moderation standards fairly across all content types
- Handle user appeals with clarity and professionalism
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet compliance requirements
- Monitor user behavior to spot and mitigate potential risks
- Recommend improvements to moderation processes and tools to enhance efficiency
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Dutch (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B1 level)
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
- At least one year of experience in customer support
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
- Desire to learn and advance in the field
