JOB DESCRIPTION

As Operations and Deployment Analyst, you will Integrate and deploy Generix GCR solution in test and production environments in coordination with technical team located in France.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure technical support L3 on GCR solution;
Followup and participate in bugs and issues resolution actions with Support L1 and L2;
Keep regular contact with development team to transfer issues analysis and improvement proposal;
Participate in discussions with customers technical resources if and when required;
Participate to workshops and actions aiming at reducing integration and deployment risks (continuous improvement);
Automate processes as far as possible or participate in processes automation with other teams;
Participate and be a force of proposal in GCR solution technical performance, safety, and resilience;
Improve competency on solution deployment and assist level 4 teams (R&D) by participating in bug analysis.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics or similar;
Mandatory: Knowledge and practice of one or more OS (Linux), middleware and technical tools used in deployment, integration and production, mastery of various scripting languages (bash, shell, Python,);
Experience on automatic tests tools, monitoring tools and versioning tools;
Knowledge of complete process of "Dev. to Run";
English (mandatory), French (a plus in relations);
