Verisure (known in Portugal as Securitas Direct) is seeking a talented, innovative, hands-on and passionate
Costing Specialist to join our
ERP Finance Center of Excellence and Shared Service Center, with colleagues in Lisbon, Madrid, Paris and other locations. The role will be
based in Lisbon, with a dotted line reporting and strong collaboration with country costing owners.

In this role, your main responsibility will be to ensure that all costing transactions in the legal entities in scope are accurately and timely posted, allowing for a smooth month end close.

On the back of the extraordinary growth we have enjoyed in the past years, the company is implementing its new ERP, Oracle Cloud, and
we are building our ERP Finance Center of Excellence and Shared Service Center.

The costing specialists are key members of this team and play a critical role to achieve this objective.

Responsibilities will include, among others:

Review of the daily costing scheduled tasks, ensuring that they are correctly executed for each country legal entity under scope.
Followup on errors that may arise during the daily costing process, identfying root cause and solving and cleaning erroneous transactions.
Ensure that the costing Mappings are kept up to date and followup with countries to make sure they make changes as/if required.
Manage JIRA issue tickets related to costing area in collaboration with ERP Support team, Finance and Supply Chain management team.
Followup of day housekeeping of SBN-NoGL integration
Review of integrations with impact on costing integrations:
GPD
Material Tracking
Transactions coming from 3PL
Others
Participate in Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects and testing of enhancements in countries throughtout the Group.
Participate in Alarms Capitalization process as required.
Other tasks as required.

Experience and Qualifications

Minimum of 23 years of previous experience with costingrelated topics
Proved experience and good knowledge (Key user) of Oracle Cloud Costing
Experience working with Oracle Cloud General Ledger
Proficient use of Ms Excel
Fluency in English mandatory, Spanish is a big plus, other languages is a plus
Experience in creation of costing reports in OTBI is a plus
