Provide expert guidance where needed.
Work closely with manager and employee through the employment cycle and provide expert advice and coaching in areas of team effectiveness, engagement, career development, performance management, mediation and resolution of employee relation issues and terminations.
Ensure the implementation of the HR key processes: target setting (for teams and individuals), assessment, compensation, talent reviews, feedback, development action plans, mobility, talent acquisition, management of employee departures, merger and acquisition activities, management communications and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
Contribute to timely reach the headcount and professional mix required by the business and strategic needs.
- Acquire the resources and competences and the needs of specific training and/or capacities development for the mid
- Support HR Manager with the implementation of the annual salary and long term incentive plans review.
- Conduct all required mobility management activities.
- Ensure availability and execution of yearly training plans.
- Support payroll.
- Control and coordinate temporaries recruitment and followup.
- Support and advise managers and employees to create and follow up development plans
- Proactive management and anticipate needs in training and competences development both at management and technical levels.
- Increase the motivation of the teams and empower managers.
- Translate the company directives in HR policies and implement them in the company.
Change Management & Continuous Improvement
Champion compliance with Group policies and procedures throughout the resourcing lifecycle, including ensuring comprehensive and accurate information is maintained in key systems (e.g. Workday) to consistent standards across the team
