In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world.

Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas:
investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.

We are looking for a
Mainframe Service Delivery to work in project in
Lisbon.

What are we looking for?

Graduate in Computer Science with a good background of software development;
Good understanding of the ITIL norm and practices (desirable);
Knowledge and/or experience of the financial services industry;
Working experience on Mainframe tools (OPC/TWS, JCL, Cobol, DB2, CICS, TSO);
Knowledge and / or working experience with IDMS and eFILE (desirable);
Autonomous, rigorous with a high personal commitment;
Ability to multitask, work well under pressure and prioritize work against competing deadlines and changing business priorities;
Ability to work in a multicultural team inhouse and remotely;
Fluent in English and is desirable to have knowledge in French.

Responsabilities:

Manage incidents according to Service Delivery ITIL Standards, and in coordination with other teams, including production teams;
Monitor environments and KPIs;
Identify recurring Issues and service Request and define action plans to reduce them;
Define new practices/processes when needed; Write new procedures and ensure their collective ownership.
